I’m not one of those cooks who has a state-of-the-art kitchen with the latest and greatest of everything. I definitely wish I did but it’s just not the way things are. I’m on a budget like the majority of home cooks so what I buy for my little galley kitchen has to perform well. I’ll keep adding to this list but below are a few items I own and love. I received a Ninja from my parents as a gift and I was shocked when it replaced my Cuisinart Food Processor. I make smoothies and chop up large veggies in the big blender and use the little one daily for chopping up garlic, herbs, onions, etc. LOVE my Ninja!
